Privacy notice

2. What data we process

• Data you give us through the quote request form or by email: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company or building, location of the job and the content of your message.
• Browsing data: our hosting provider's systems record some technical data (IP address, date and time of the visit, pages requested) needed to run and secure the website.

3. Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your request, arrange a site survey and prepare a quote: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, if the request becomes a contract (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To keep the website secure: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing or profiling.

4. Providing your data

Providing your data is optional, but the fields marked with an asterisk are needed for us to reply. Without them we cannot handle your request.

5. How we process it

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. Only the controller and people authorised by it have access.

6. Who it may be shared with

• Netlify, Inc., the website hosting provider, which also receives the form content and forwards it to our mailbox;
• our email provider;
• external advisers (for example our accountant) where necessary;
• the competent authorities, where required by law.

Your data is not made public. Netlify may process data on servers in the United States; in that case the transfer takes place in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, on the basis of the safeguards provided by the provider.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If no contract follows, it is deleted within 12 months. If a contract follows, we keep it for the duration of the contract and for the periods required by law for accounting and tax records.

8. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and for data portability (Articles 15–21 GDPR), by writing to a.a.multiservicesrl@virgilio.it or to our PEC address a.a.multiservices@pec.it.

If you believe the processing breaks the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
